Player Stuck In ‘Won Items’

I bought Fati and it’s stuck in my ‘won items’ tab. I can’t add to club, quick sell or do anything with the player. 

If I try in game, says connection to UT lost. Try in app and shows an error message. It’s lost me 7,700 coins.
