Pre order content (Hero Pack)

Good afternoon, I am Kornel,and I pre ordered the EAFC 24 standard edition before August 22.. Before the relase, I change my pre order to the Ultimate Edition. I got the EA Fc points and everything else too, but is there any way to get the CL Hero pack too? I have receipt of the both pre orders, i can send it if neccessary. Thank you for your help. Have a good day.

I wrote email to the Support but they didnt answer, but my case status is ‘fixed’.. what does it mean?

    I know, i know..the promotion said that “pre order the UT edition berore aug 22 and you get the pack..” but i pre order the standard edition before Aug 22.. Then, middle of september, i change my pre order to UT edition..Thats my problem, i dont know if i get the hero pack or not.

    I know that. I got all of the pre order bonuses.. but the offer said that you pre order UT edition BEFORE 22 August, you get the hero pack. But I pre order STANDARD edition before 22 August, and i change my pre order to UT edition on middle September, so not before 22 August.

    @EA_Barry Eu nao recebi pack hero, comprei o jogo 21/09/2023, no dia 27/11/2023 recebi a mensagem do hero pack, mas o conteudo nao estava na loja, muitas outras pessoas estao recebendo 2 a 3 packs heros, paguei caro e nao aceito ser lesado, em meu país isso é crime, codigo de defesa do consumidor, na EA help ninguem faz nada, nao resolvem. Qual seu posicionamento sobre o caso, tem varios outros jogadores que nao receberam.
