Prime Cruyff ruined. Cant be more upset.

Grinded my * off for 4 weeks doing this red pick evo. Finished it Sunday December 17th and fooled around for a day or so trying to decide who I really wanted to turn red, who looked the best, whatever. Packed the rarest/ best card ive done by a long shot in Prime cruyff earlier in the week and decides on him. Pick him and I thought that was it. It's a pick to turn red I didn't realize I had to play a game with it. Realize today December 19th as I'm watching BorasLegend that a game needs to be played so in my panic I check my team and there sits the ugliest looking green evo skin Cruyff. Rush to play a game but no dice, now I'm stuck with this awful looking Cruyff and it just makes me sick. I've spoken to 2 EA help chat persons and they can't do anything. Changing it back to white or forward to red can't be done and they're not allowed to send me a new one and remove my ugly * card either.  I'm so frustrated and upset about it.
