Hello all. I've been having an issue with the EAFC24 Web/companion app, where whenever I try to access my quick sell recovery feature it always pops up with an error saying " an error occurred while trying to load the discarded items " I've looked around via social media such as reddit, twitter & forums and unfortunately changing the time/date to new zealand isn't fixing the issue.I have x5 quick sell recoveries left as I very rarely use this feature.Any help on this topic will be greatly appreciated as I'm time limited until I lose my players in my quick sell recovery tab forever.

@Kiouh Make sure you are using latest version of the App and your device time is set correct timezone (i.e. automatic set to current time).Also, try to clear cache on web/companion app. See if this helps in any way.

@sanket_360 Here is the screenshot of the error via web app, it gives the exact same error via companion app. I've reached out to eahelp and not much has been done to resolve my issue the latest was to post on this forum to try and get a fix or get noticed by a higher up so the error can be fixed.

@sanket_360 Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I've tried pretty much everything - clearing cache, updating apps, correct time zones & nothing seems to work. I'm just hoping that a fix is in the works. It just does the same thing over and over " an error has occurred while trying to load the discarded items ". I'm running out of options so any other tips would be greatly appreciated.

@Kiouh Make sure you are using latest version of the App and your device time is set correct timezone (i.e. automatic set to current time).

Also, try to clear cache on web/companion app. See if this helps in any way.

@Kiouh Are you using any external tools / software / extension along with web app? If yes, then remove that try again.

Have you tried using different browser than currently you using?

Again, make sure your time and timezone are set to automatic and restart your machine/device. Somehow some customize settings on your device/machine might be affecting this e.g. time/timezone.

I'm only using x3 extensions that being ublock - 7TTV - better TTV. I haven't tried a different browser yet, I'll go try that. Again thanks for the fast replies and help.
If a different browser doesn't work I'll try and contact EA Help again and see if there is anything else they can do to support my issue.

@Kiouh Along with different browser, can also try using different device/machine if possible? Also, check with your friends if they are having similar issue or not.

@sanket_360 I've tried this already which was my first thought, unfortunately it just didn't work. I'm just hoping my case gets bumped up alot, my case is still " In progress " so I'm slightly hopeful. Just sucks that there is literally nothing I can do on my end to fix this.. hoping it'll be fixed in the next day or two but that is wishful thinking.
