That shouldn't prompt you to make a new team regardless, but if you're worried about it we have an article with some steps you can try to secure your account. There's also a link to reach out to our live support team in there; while we can't look into accounts here on the forums, they can confirm if there's suspicious activity on your account or not.

@EA_QueenBee I created a new character because I asked my friends and netizens. They said that it might be a network problem that caused my account information not to be loaded. So as soon as I created it, I went to check my club. However, there was no data of mine at all. In addition, I would like to ask you, is there still a chance to find my account data?

@EA_QueenBee There is another reason that makes me suspect that my account has been hacked. That is because I haven't received any notification emails regarding account suspension or closure in my mailbox.
