I'm sorry to hear your coins went missing. 

This is something that you will need to contact EA Help Support to get assistance with. 

The coins could go missing due to a compromise on the account or a sanction. We wouldn't be able to tell you exactly the reason why they're missing here in the forums but the EA Help Support should be able to assist you further with that.
