I played all last year, spent 2k in fifa points, and played the closed beta for FC24 UT for 3 weeks. Your telling me I dont get it either?

Hi can you help me please? i used to play in ps4 since 2015 so i moved to pc and now i got ps5 and i want my account on ps5 but when i am log into web app of ea fc 24 is showing PC  but i used the credentials of my psn to log in 

i same problem to fifa 22 and fifa 23 pls help me i need to have acces to the market plssss

so weve been given access to the web app to not be able to do anything? i had access to the market and still do on the companion app but not on the web app?
