I tried emaling and live support. They just asked me to report this in forum and someone will help me. It has been very fraustrating. No one is actually helpin

Most of the custmer service agents dont even understand the issue. The others just asked me to post on forum. No one attempted to really help.

and my post in bug report was combined with another solved post which was posted by someone who DIDNOT have the founder status. Totally different issue. I guess no one cares.

and honestly this is so simple to solve. Just send the founder 2 evo as a token to me, like what they did to others in the first place. Not sure why this is so complex.

@forlovedxy Yes, I saw combining multiple thread into one. But there are actually 2 different issues-
1. Founder 2 not given to Founder status players
2. Founder 2 received but not Founder upgrade evo for non-founder status.

EA actually messed up by sending founder 2 evo to everyone (without founder status) and still they didn't realised this is issue.
