Hi there, @Kropha87 

Thanks for reaching out about this. I'll try to help get you playing again. First,  I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps:

  1. Unplug your modem/router and console.
  2. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely.
  3. Then plug in your console and start it up.

  • I’m having the same issue, only squad battles lets me play an entire game without exiting early due to “connection” issues. And even then that’s only some games. I have tried power cycling everything possibly related to the console/my wifi. No solution. I’ve tried removing every player from my team, I’ve tried deleting the game and re downloading it. Any fix? I can be in the ultimate team game mode for 1-5 minutes even just sitting idle at the ULT Home Screen before it kicks me back out to the main EAFC screen

  • Do I need to reach out to my ISP? I’ve tried resetting my router and modem and my game has been perfectly fine with this provider for months now, I have not moved my console or router and am not able to hardwire the console to the router

    Okay so I fixed my issue and I’ll post with some detail here in hopes to help others who have tried all other trouble shooting issues and still can’t connect or play any online games in ultimate team.

    I had ran multiple speed tests using 3rd parties and my speeds were great. All my other games on Xbox work fine, so I assumed it could not be the wifi. Upon doing the connection test in the thread above. I noticed my packet loss seemed high. I contacted my ISP in hopes they could reset or see anything wrong on their end as a last effort.

    I’ve had fiber internet (through Lumos) for a few months now everything has been working fine. When I called the ISP told me I was on CGNET and changed my IP to Dynamic or traditional (I hope I understood him correctly on that).

    upon the change to traditional, I was finally able to play and complete a rivals game, and have not been disconnected from Ultimate team for 30 minutes now (I hope I’m not jinxing myself).

    I hope this fix helps others because EA seems to offer no help granted it seems the issue was through my ISP. Also, after the change my packet loss remains the same, but my game still runs smoothly. So for those saying to hardwire or move router do to packet loss, you can see mine in the thread above and my game runs with no lag. 

  • Can u help me. My ea servers ade connected  but whenever i try to connect to ultimate  team i get the message that "connecting to ultimate  team us not possible at the moment.  You will now be returned  to the main menu " i can play online with my friend but i cannot connect to ultimate team . Kindly help
