The fact people have even commented on here to try and get a response and update and they continue to do absolutely nothing shows the utter contempt they treat their customers with , the funny thing is they'll very soon start trying to peddle their next game for pre order , it's a bizarre way to run a company

    Communication (timely, ineffective, often poorly written) seems to be an ongoing issue for EA. I could help them to make drastic improvements to what is essentially customer service, but they'd need to pay my consultancy rate!

    @Leelongy73 if you want paying they'll not be interested mate , in fact they'll not be interested anyway, they've got the work experience kids to sort it , lol
