Re: Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.

@Tootskinny Have you tried both old gen and new gen FC24?
Do you get the error when entering UT from FC24 main menu or do you get it during a match or at any other specific times?

Are you connected by LAN and have decent download and upload speeds and is your connection shared with many other devices?

  • I get the error when trying to enter UT from FC24 main menu. I'm connected by a wired connection (I've also tried wireless, but seems like wired is more consistent). I have fiber internet and my download and upload speeds are great. I get the same error message regardless of how many other devices are connected to the internet. I'm not sure what you mean by old gen and new gen FC24. I'm talking about EAFC 24 that was released in fall 2023. I've downloaded all updates for the game as well. 

  • It’s happening to me too and I’m not sure what to do either. Not even the companion app is working 🤦

    Same issue for me. But when I try to use companion or console over wifi it dosen't work as soon as I switch to mobile data it works. 

  • Yes this is exactly the issue I am having. Web app works on data but not WiFi. 

  • Same issue for me. Only working on mobile data and can't get it to work over wifi. All other sites working okay on wifi it seems. Any ideas?

    Yup. ATT fiber. Seems a lot of people are having issues with this exact provider for just ultimate team but can access every other feature of the game (pro clubs, seasons etc)

  • Is everyone else also not able to connect to web app/companion app if connected to their wifi?

    Companion app works using data for me, but login unavailable on wifi.

    Yup. Same exact issue as me. It won’t let me do companion or ultimate team. But switch to data. Companion app goes right in. 

    I think unfortunately this is a wait till it’s fixed issue. 

  • This is insane so it’s definitely an UT and AT&T Fiber issue.

    Yeah same this here I have AT&T fiber and it’s doing the same thing. Everything else is fine idk what’s wrong

    Yep, on fiber and can’t connect. Everything else works great except for this POS game. 

  • Happening to me too but I reinstalled the game and just spam to reconnect and now I’m connected. Also restarted my AT&T router multiple times

  • Mine is jio fiber....i don't  use ATT FIBER . But the problem still persists
