Hi there, @cdk_aegir 

If you don't have access to the Transfer Market, it means the requirements have not been met yet. You can find the requirements in the article here. We are not able to manually unlock the market for you.

  • This is shocking I can only complete sbc's while I don't have access to my console and I haven't got access to the transfer market on the webapp so my ultimate team is literally going to go bare for a week when the game has just came out?

    What about the rest of the message? Usage Sharing for Playtime is not staying enabled. Is this a known bug? Is there a fix? Do I need to play 3 games a day in order for this to stay enabled?

    Is this affecting the reporting of my gameplay and not unlocking the transfer market because it doesn't think I've played any games.

    I'm aware of those reports, but this doesn't have an impact on unlocking the market since there are more requirements than completely playing through 3 matches a day.

    Everything would be much easier if you could ask what is wrong with the account and why you are not unlocked right after a few days. In the worst case you have to wait months and you don't know why. And so many who are waiting right now that can't be normal. It's just keep playing but that can't be the solution if you don't know how long.

    Is it enough to play only squad battles ? Or online games ? Does Volta or Pro Club count ? Nobody knows. That sucks.

    I can't tell if you're intentionally avoiding answering the questions I'm asking or if I've posed my issues in the wrong area. Are you here to help with problems, or is there another location I should be directing my issues? Perhaps English isn't your first language, and if that's the case we can try to work through it if you're actually someone who helps.

    So, let's start again as simple as I can make this. I'll use bullet points and we can go from there.

    1. Are you someone who helps with issues people are having with this game? Yes or No?
      • If No, where can I direct my problem to get it fixed?
      • If Yes, continue on to 2
    2. I cannot access the transfer market using web or mobile.
      • The article you linked states 3 things need to happen:
        1. Account History in good standing. Can you tell me if my account is in good standing? I've never been made aware that it was not.
        2. How many different Ultimate Team™ accounts you’re using on the same device. I am using 1.
        3. How many active days of Ultimate Team™ you’ve played. I'm at 11 now.
        4. Are there any further requirements not listed in that article, or that I have overlooked?
    3. I am able to enable Playtime Usage Statistics, but it does not stay persistent through play sessions.
      • Is this a known bug?
        • If Yes, then what is the status of this? Is it being investigated? Are there steps being taken to fix it?
        • If No, where should I report it, because it is not working and presumably should work.
  • Good luck i have 109hrs +, over 150 matches in squad battles, rivals, champs qualifying, drafts, bought and sold player on the game literally done everything and still nothing. The advisors just say ' play the game and explore the game' even played career mode xD.

    Pretty sure this is against consumer rights as people have paid for the full access to the game which you would assume also includes full access on the web app etc but clearly ea couldn't care because they know the longer people dont have access to more likely they are to buy points and open packs instead to try and get players/ coins.

  • @cdk_aegir They are just some Forum Moderators, guys, you have too high expectations from them with those logical branching questions. You should open a formal ticket / send out an official email, not questioning some young student who has some random Forum role.

    Just my opinion. This is not the place where resolutions show up.

    While I agree, you would expect a representative such as @EA_Aljo in a place called ANSWERS HQ, would be able to either help, or provide direction to someone else, who would be able to help

    Unfortunately it doesn't seem like @EA_Aljo has any ability to do anything. It seems like a complete waste of time.

  • @cdk_aegir all of them are bot bro. They are copy paste same articl and says "keep playin" i wish they have a report mod or cm. I will definetly report them cause they are locking topics n don't help us

    We are not bots here. Since this thread is now getting non-constructive and borderline rude, I'm going to lock it. We absolutely cannot help with transfer market access. It needs to be earned.
