2 days no reply from ea, such a shame I really tried this year and there was so much good content and I enjoyed the gameplay. Good riddance
Yep, me too. Finally traded on Thursday night for the first time. Made 40k, woke up to my whole coin balance of 350k being wiped. No TOS broken, and there’s a sanction on my account, with no explanation, in game message, email, anything?
What’s the point in grinding the game we’ve already spent £80 on if we might get our progress randomly wiped with no explanation, this is really really poor.
24 hours and still no reply to any emails/or on my EA Help case
Such a * company. Let me put it straight like this. Players losing their coins and all you do is ignore them.
I latterly just bought 12000 fc points not even 2 weeks ago, just to buy packs and do SBCs, then suddenly out of the blue, I have 0 coins today.
I had over 1.2 millions coins earlier.
a company that steals money from their user base so they go and buy more FC points.
I can’t believe how they ruin the fun. Users want their coins so they can buy and seek, and can do SBCs. Wtf is wrong with this corporate greed?
I spent over $500 on this game since the release, and now I lost all my coins without any reason?
Not only wont i get an answer in more then 2 days now ,
they have just send me the same email, that im banned again.
EA I recived this EMAIL already .... stop this charade
and do something about this injustice !!!
- @Tablog84 yes I had just spent 50$ on fifa points the same day I got banned for selling Norweign Mangers for the OOedgar SBC let this be a lesson that EA dont care about us or our money. But the good news is they keep acting like this no one will be left or everyone here will get a nice payday from a class action.

I can't decide whether on not to continue playing the game, until I get a transfer ban lifted it feels almost pointless playing. Can't complete SBCs due to limited access to players, missing out on Heros SBCs, Now centurion SBCs and can't adapt my team hardly at all. No email saying why I'm banned, assuming selling Evo players for what they're worth ATM. But if they take too long or I get the generic response like I've heard people receiving, then I will demand a full refund including in game purchases as this is unfair treatment on everyone here and others not yet publicly speaking. Surely this has legal breaches.

After waiting 4 days for an answer an automated message arrived by Ea saying that i was fairly banned for coin distribution and that is checking manually all cases( joke..) ..
i opened a new case and requested a data subject access request to find the exact sells i got banned.
Even if they decline again my request i will insist until they find a solution.
They ban us for playing the game it s ridiculous- For now we can't win because we are writing with a bot and not with a human. The bot checks the bot and according to the script the ban is correct. If no one is interested in us, we're out of business
Some1 from EA reply or do something? Or they will just ignore, many ppl invested a lot $ in their accounts, which are useless now- its obvious scam
I have a reply from EA but is the same message that was breaker the rule for transferring coin and market ban…same *, nothing happens…
I open a new practice with 5000 words with all the details, if nothing happens I delete the game…

Just received my bull**** auto response from Ea's ToS like everyone else saying this is the correct outcome. I will be chasing my full refund with in-game purchases included. If you follow the refund option on EA help it usually allows the chat option rather than a useless email service. Can't wait months if not forever for a fix.
Yep looks like everyone's first appeal will get rejected. We need to keep on at them and not let it go. Don't settle for your case being declined.
This is an issue with their banning system picking up players who bought usually cheap cards at an inflated price, due to them becoming popular in Evos.
We are not coin sellers, we are just grinding the game we've paid good money for EA!

im playing UT since 2012, spend a lot of money each year. i wont buy FC25 for sure.Been more then a week for some People. 0 reaction, they wont solve this problem.
Been playing ultimate team since the start of the game mode in the early fifa's. But this is it for me.

I’ve been playing Fifa since 2003. Bought UT in 2009 when it released as DLC. Spent so much money on Ultimate editions every year, Fifa points, put so much time and effort into every year. I have played 500 games, a month after launch, spent a reasonable amount on fifa points so far and this is how I’m thanked.
I got also an Answer right now , the wont lift my ban.
They Said its justified, but yet again without any spezific case.

The fellow was understanding , pretty cool. But yet he of course couldnt promise anything.

Just got my 2nd email for the appeal and the outcome is the same. They consider this matter closed.
Feels like submitting cases won't help, we just have to wait until the flaws of the system emerge in the coming weeks, months. Which is surely going to happen because since Friday you can see how this thread exploded and number of cases multiplied.

Not sure if it will run, but at least I will try to get my money back.

I opened a case, and the helper told me he raised one appeal that will take some time, but they don't have any solution.
They took the whole FC24 UT coins and make my balance zero, after I purchased 300K pack that contained 42 duplicate players ☹️
today morning, I missed all my remaining coins.
