Re: Hacked and EA not helping

I can understand your problem and I treat it like a serious matter.

I can see, you have already contacted EA.
I would like to note that the EA TOS and the EA Support teams differ in "response time" (how quickly you get a reply):


QUICK: The EA support team can only check the status of your ban (for example if you didn't got the email:
I need help with my EA Account or game + Sometimes, an EA agent (on EA support) can take ownership of your support ticket at your request and contact the TOS team on your behalf. I would recommend utilizing this option in your case.

LONG WAITING: If you want information on ban reason or wants to appeal the ban, you need to contact the TOS team:
Get information about your EA Account lock, ban, or suspension

    Hi, 

    Unfortunately all EA keep doing is closing cases, despite their admittance of the fact. At this point it is beyond ridiculous - so they look like losing a customer and I’m going to have to escalate in regards to the data. So ISO will be contacted as they have failed to deal or reply.

    Pretty much the most disgusting behaviour by a company I have ever seen. At this point I can only assume that they don’t care about the hacking as it is there in the evidence.

    Here’s the evidence of an incompetent and corrupt company - who apparently do a full review but don’t find it odd that the times reported a strange IP appears

    Either the IQ of a toddler, lazy or corrupt.

    If you defend this behaviour then you are as bad.

  • The sad fact is that EA don't really care.. They don't care they are losing a customer and don't care to really help.

    Its just the way it is and the way is has been for years. I hope you get something done by taking it further as you see stuff like what you are experiencing daily here with people being painted to be the perpetrator rather than the victim.

    I think there approach since the scandal with EA advisors resetting passwords for hackers to other peoples accounts is just help no-one.
