I would like to note that the EA TOS and the EA Support teams differ in "response time" (how quickly you get a reply):

I need help with my EA Account or game + Sometimes, an EA agent (on EA support) can take ownership of your support ticket at your request and contact the TOS team on your behalf. I would recommend utilizing this option in your case.
