UEFA Champions League Ultimate Team Hero Player Item will be available from November 27, 2023 at 2:59pm PST, and all other Ultimate Edition content will be available from September 22, 2023 (consumer local time) unless otherwise noted.

I preordered the ultimate edition of the game before august 21st and my card got locked by my bank so i had to repreorder if thats even a word but i still had EA FC in my games and apps and i was a bit worried i wouldnt get the hero but i thought i more likely would get it because i did preorder before the date, today i logged on to open my UCL hero pack and i have no packs in the store. So i was just wondering will i get my hero pack, if so when.
