@SumFiiin That means everyone who changed his icon into a red card and now can‘t do the icon evo has a bs card. Why should anyone do his card red then? It‘s just stupid. The only thing that‘s changed is the color of the card. The cards shouldn‘t change their rarity/card type because of that because a socrates or gerrard still are icons and their features stay the same with the chemistry. If EA does not change it because it‘s their mistake I will never play any game of ea again

@zKing_SlayerZ The whole Evolution process is new so it will take time for everyone to be familiar with how a card changes and what perks remain active.

There are a few issues in some Evo's also that could be better if they were different.

The problem is when you change the card type then can it be 2 card types, the original one and the new one? If it can be both then what happens if you put it into another different Evo, will it be the 1st type the 2nd or the new one?

The answer at the moment unless the process is completely changed is each Evolution will update the card to the most recent upgrade and the previous card types are lost (unless the new card type is exactly the same as the previous).

The point of changing the card to a red pick was to do exactly that. Red picks were always special items that people especially wanted to obtain. However most of them were red "totw's" and they didn't count as totw's for sbcs or objectives, they were always their own card type which could be used in other red-pick-specific ways.

I appreciate your disappointment over this situation, whilst it is clear the card type changes it is not so clear exactly what features change. This as a community is what we are finding out as we play out these new features.
