I found there was enough, as long as you logged in daily and done every day. I don’t do champs, and missed out on XP, same as I don’t do rivals. 
I did do the squad battles in elite 1 finishing every week. And any other xp around. Like the nwsl women

    I did everything as well, except a few of the challenges that required online play.

    I don't play online and don't have a PS Plus account to do so.  

    Usually I can achieve all levels just  completing the single player objectives.
