Re: Receiving only 1 point after winning the match in Champions finals

Have won 2 games in Champs finals and qualifiers this week via penalty shootout. Neither game counted as a win and my games played stayed the same. Is EA aware of this issue and what are they doing to fix it? Will compensation be given? I lost out on my Champs rank because of it.
