Hi mate, what was the outcome after? I've literally just finished a game & the exact same has just happened to me.

I waited about 20 minutes then just gave up and closed the game. Opened back up with the dnf notification and alll players with one less contract. So stupid. Don’t think there’s a fix for it
Try looking at the statistics or other menus and back out. Should let you leave after that least the option showed up for me.
No other menus would show up. Just the end game cutscenes with the commentator and players were on the screen. It wouldn’t let me access any other menus
Cabt someone from EA take a look at this? This is really annoying.
