As you press advance, check the chemistry of your team. It drops to match the chemistry of the other team regardless of rating. That's what I've observed

I assume it means the cpu gets their chem not you. What would be the point of chem in squad battles? Just go in on 0 chem and get 100 from your opponent. This would benefit you and defeat the purpose of chem. Even if you are both on 0 it wouldn’t make it harder but the same.
