Your solution is to keep playing and the market will unlock.

  • @EA_Aljo , Keep playing for how long? I've been playing daily since October and still don't have access on the web app. Why can't anybody at EA realize that there is an issue for many of us getting access? Or maybe they do and just don't care about thier customers.

    Don’t have access to transfer market either in web app and don’t understand why

    @Iggles4133 

    As the article states, this could be related to having other accounts on the same device also playing Ultimate Team. Also, if your account was actioned in the past, that could delay the market from opening. 

    I understand this is frustrating. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do whatsoever to open the market. It's not a bug. It will open when you have met all the criteria. All the details we have on this is listed in the article I previously linked.

    I am now going to lock this thread since we cannot help with opening the market on the web/companion app.
