I'm new to the game and just bought it and played 10hrs trial and still no market

I know that you are aware of a lot of people can't access the transfer market.

Did you tell your supervisor or the proper team that a lot of people can't access transfer market? That would be REAL help.

Were well aware of the reports of this. It happens at this time every year and every year it's the same thing. The requirements haven't yet been met. Keep playing and the market will unlock once access has been earned.

So you are think it is normal that I've been playing since 2 weeks the game and I did not earn yet the access to transfer market. Am I right?

If it happens every year, it means the flow is wrong since years.

It is called discrimination what you do.

this was definitely not as big of an issue last year. I play with numerous friends and with large communities. everyone i know who did not have access when ultimate edition released still does not have access 7 days later. we all know about the help article. we all play at least 3 games a day in different game modes. something clearly is not working as intended. at this point refunds are warranted. 

If we find any issues with the market not unlocking when it should, we'll make an announcement. For now, it's working as intended so I'm going to lock this thread. You can also contact an advisor to have them check your account for any sanctions that might be causing the delay by opening a case here.
