received only one 86 x 2 pack in division 3 (option 3)

Hello my 86 x 2 pack is missing from rivals rewards on thursday in week of monday 8 april - sunday 14 april on thursday.

For division 3 you get at option 3:
2x rare players pack,
2x jumbo premium gold players pack
4x jumbo premium gold pack
2x 84 x 5 pack
2x 86 x 2 pack
1000 champions qualification points
700 XP

I received only one 86 x 2 pack. Please help

@Wutru_DutchRivals week starts from Thursday to Thursday. (Not Monday to Sunday)

Where did you check packs - in game or on App? How many packs you have currently? Remember game only shows 30 packs at a time. App will show all available packs.

Option 3 was only 1 86 x2 pack but instead of the 2nd 86 pack it included coins (I think 20,000).

Option 2 was the 2x86 packs but no coins so you may have chosen the wrong option and got the coins instead of the pack. 

I remember it as I spent a while deciding which to choose.

Div 3 option 3 has only one 86x2 players pack.

Div 3 option 2 has two 86x2 players pack.
