Rivals and champs down?

Is rivals and champs down? I can’t play says test network connection if so anyone got any news on it I can’t even start a chat with someone on the live chat?

    If you're on PS4/5, the PlayStation Network was experiencing an outage for a few hours. It's back up and running so you should be good to play again.
