SBC Cryff missing?

Hi everyone, hope someone with experience can help. I finished the 98 cryff sbc off 2 days ago. I finished the sbc with the loan card which I got but I didn’t get the real card??? I thought I might of quick sold it by accident but he isn’t there in the pile. Just can’t explain what’s happened. As for contacting EA I’ve tried using the web bot chat deal but unless you ask it a question it knows it’s useless. 

anyone had this kind of thing and how did they progress?

    Sometimes turning off and on does the trick. But it's EA we're talking about here, they are lazy. Unless you actually talk to a person for help, which I did online  few years back after a player started showing as 'Not Found' even though I finished the sbc and he was in my team. They helped immensely.

    Thanks for the reply. I’ll take another shot at contacting them but I won’t hold my breath.

    @bazzaor Any luck?
    I had a weird one completing the Baggio GOTG sbc, I got the loan card, completed all stages and saw that I had no actual Baggio card. Only when I got rid of the loan card did the right card show up. Strange.
