Scammed

I had been messaged by someone claiming to have worked with Ea saying I would be able to gain compensation for Ligue 1 red picks and I would have to log into companion app through ea.rewards and I would get back my red picks but I logged back on and my tradeable 96 zidane, 93 matthaus and 97 smith were gone and all my other tradable items 

Is there anyway of getting it back as I had gotten those coins from getting 16 wins the same day
