I tried claiming the level 35 reward this morning but was unable to get on the servers, by the time i could the season had reset. I can check previous seasons, it says claim reward but will not work. I have a video clip of this. I want to get my earned pack as I was saving it for full toty.
I haven’t claimed my rewards from last seasons on the last level, (centurion smith, icon pack or 84+ x20) the season ended and now the rewards are nowhere to be found even tho i had reached this level and all the others were automatically claimed except that one.

You can see all packs on the companion app and I never got the player picks. All we want is our earned content ea give it to us!
i just checked last season rewards and it’s still here unclaimed and i can’t claim it
