Soft ban sbc

Hello,  i just got a softban becuse i just grind the menus on my ps5.  i didnt do nothing wrong!  now i cannot continue my futtis craft!  How can i know when the softban will lifted?  an...

    You may have triggered a temporary lockout for completing a lot of challenges in a very short period. If that's the case, the blocker will lift if it's allowed to timeout - it can't be manually removed. Waiting some time has resolved this for other players in the same boat. To avoid hitting the soft-lock trigger again afterward, it helps to pace out the SCBs.

    So "please waste more of your own time and be deliberately inefficient" is the EA response to the softban system triggering for normal players.
