Soft ban

Does anyone know how long a soft ban lasts.  been about 5 hours now of just kicking me out after my gsme finishes

Going on 16+ hours for me. Hope it's just a 24 hour thing

    I've not had a game today since 11am UK time without being disconnected afterwards it's now 10:30 pm UK time ea haven't said anything
