Three times in three days I've had a soft ban from doing SBCs.
First day, I did too many two x player packs too quickly (exchanging my uncommon golds). Probably did 50+ or so in an hour which got me my first softban. This lasted 15ish hours.
Second day, I slowed down and tracked my packs as to not do too many in an hour. I did 23 sbcs in 35 minutes - which was apparently too quick and got my second softban. This lasted 5+ hours.
Today, I did a couple of hours of sbcs while playing matches every twenty minutes or doing household tasks to stagger this sbc ban. After a 30+ minute break I come back, do 10 x 81+ packs and receive my third softban in three days.
Why am I being punished for playing the game?
Why don't you have better systems in place for checking bots vs humans?
Why can't anybody tell me what number is too many so that I don't overdo it? How many am I allowed to do before I get a softban? How quickly? How often? Which ones? And why does it affect all sbcs? Why does it affect exchanges - preventing me from opening packs because I have dupes I don't want to throw away(?). Why Icon packs that are single use? Why not just softban the repeatable ones? Why not let me know how long the ban is?
Can someone please, please tell me what I need to do so that I can enjoy this menu grind!?

Its happening to me aswell, 3th time in 3 days. I've send an email so i prob get an answer in 7 days. This is just *, they can easily install something te verify that u are human but rather punish everyone who can make an sbc to fast🤬
