Anyone else have this problem? When i try to use web app to my screen pops up a message: Sorry, Trial Access users cannot use the FC Companion app or Web app
Hey @Jokuihminen232 Please make sure to check the information about the early start for the Web and Companion Apps. Not all players will gain access immediately. It depends on different factors.

if i have done all of the things mentioned in that link you linked, when will i approximately get web app?
I have bought a copy of the standard edition but I am also using the trial with ea play. The web app seems to think I didn’t buy a copy and I’m only using the trial
i have the same exact problem and i have everything done and it worked fine both the companion and web app until i tried the 10 hours game play was planing on ordering the ultimate edition but want to sort this out first
Just thought I'd double check again I've just been on to app and I've managed to buy a player do an SBC and open a pack and I'm only on free trial. Whilst the issue still sucks I don't think that is the reason and must be something else at play here. Either way they need to sort it out
