Sort out the people staying in lower divisions, Here is the solution for you

I am meeting people in div 6 that are at least div 2 level, I am even meeting people that are scoring own goals and giving wins just to not get promoted . This needs to be looked at, it is not fair on the casual player trying to play a fair game. I will give you a solution, please pass it on .

1. Make your weekend league result  determine your division for the week . For example 18 wins put you in elite for that week 

The hardcore division droppers would not settle for 6 wins just to stay in div 6 for the week, they love rewards too much .

2, If you do not play weekend league then you continue with the same process as now, but you will not come up against the people staying in lower leagues on purpose so you would meet  people your own level .

Really how hard can it be to implement that solution 

It is getting beyond a joke in rivals . And the urge to play because of this is really getting low now . Its a big issue
