Stuck in a game after full time ultimate team

So I just finished a game on ultimate team and I’m now stuck on the cutscenes they show after the match. I can’t access the pause screen and when I leave the game to go to the dashboard it pops up that I am inactive and will be kicked. I can’t leave as I’m currently trying to complete the Nike mad ready objectives and have Sam Kerr on loan and won’t be able to complete it if I close the game. On PS5 btw

    It usually happens at half-time or full-time as the referee is almost simultaneously blowing their whistle for a foul and to signal the end of the half. Happened three times to us in the last couple of months and the only solution is to quit the game and take the loss.
