I totally agree.
When a player quits the other player should be handed a win - no questions asked.
I have absolutely no idea why EA haven't fixed this for ages - but I assume they don't really care.
They reward toxic behavior and do not care about the game community and our opinions - say what you want.
I can't tell you how many times I've come up against bad players going 1-0, and then they equalize to 1-1, and quits - most likely because they can see that they are going to loose the match.
EA - this makes no sense, at all.
Why are you not doing anything here?
