Purchased the Supreme Icebreaker Pack this evening, showing 7.0% of packing a TOTY player. However, despite packing Haaland, Bright and Oberdorf, none of them were the TOTY versions, just rare gold. I feel I have been mis-sold this pack and would like to know what will be done to rectify this. I have video and photos to back up my claim if required.
i had the same actual thing happen to me. I decided to buy points and try my luck for the last time with TOTY’s. Instead I got RTTF’s.
Had I known that was the case with the pack I would’ve never bought it.

I’ve been in touch with ea and they said they won’t do anything about it and thanks for letting us know about this issue 😂😂😂
it happened the same to me, I packed Haaland, Alisson, Rodri, Bernardo Silva, Oberdorf, Arnold, and Bright. The EA service chat told me that EA won't do anything many times; but ended up saying that "EA must have something in store for their valuable players"...
Ive had the same issue, contacted support by chat they told me they cant do anything about it..
