Team 1 Players in Team 2 Packs

So I purchased two packs (4k pack and 2k pack), both purchased with points. But I ended up getting UT Birthday players from the Team 1 selection.

Worst part is, some of the players from Team 1 also came up as regular Gold players. what gives?

    It's probably working exactly as intended and you are naive for expecting otherwise.
