The game won't let me win

I have been relegated în div 5 and can't win a single game. It is obvious that that game is forcing the opponents win as the opponent players have three times my players speed and mark agresively and take the Ball without having the posibility for me to drible or to protect the ball. I feel like the difficulty level on my ea account has increased so I am not able to win a single match. The AI controls 10 of my opponent players and ten of my team players so no matter how skilled I am and how good I play the game is stopping me to win: Ex wrong passes, sudden fast moves or takles that take my ball, opponent keeper defends everything, opponent players controled by AI have an increased level of difficulty.. etc the list can go on and on.

I mention I have never bought a single pack and I will never will. My connection score is 97 (great connection)

Please take a look on my account and fix what is needed to be fixed în order for my game to be normal and enjoyable as it is supposed to be, otherwise you will loose me and many more customers.
