"Three Players 95+ Futties pack" with a gold rare player

Hi. 

I had my Rivals Elite rewards today and, to my surprise, I received a gold rare player when I opened my "Three Players 95+ Futties pack". 

As shown in the attached image, the players were Ona Batlle (Futties), Diego Carlos (Futties) and Lobotka (gold rare).

The pack was opened around 13h40 (Brasília time). My platform is PC.

The players are still there, in case you need me to prove that Lobotka is an untradable card (2x).

    Futties reward pack gave incorrect rewards!? Is there a way to resolve (EAFC 24)

    I recently opened a 3 Futties pack but I only got 2, did anyone ever have this issue? How do I get the one I'm missing? I sent a few e-mails to EA Help but they didn't help at all.

    Also, is it possible to get 98 and 99 overall players from the 3-Futties players pack? I've been playing for months and I only ever got 95 and 96 with few 97 overalls, but never 98 or 99. Not to mention I get lots of duplicates. Just today I opened a pack and all 3 Futties were duplicates.

    I had the same issue today 09/01/25.

    Did you get any resolution and if so how? EA are not helpful!

    It happened again today, second time in two months! I opened a 95+ x3 futties pack and only got two. The only good thing is that it's the first time that I got a 98 ovr from one of these packs. I tried contacting EA Help, but they never help.
