Tots warm up cup wins not registering

I am xbox x and it happened.
i won 4-2 and it didn’t count.
he scored 1-0
he scored 2-0
i scored 2-1
i scored 4-2 (3x goal).
the game ended 4-2, each team scored 2x but i scored with special ball.
I’m on Xbox and turned off cross play. Won 3 and only registered 1 win.
