TOTY Compensation

Hi, so I was opening my packs for TOTY Attackers and I packed Renard and Putellas. These 2 players are in the TOTY, but since they're not in packs yet, I packed their normal rare gold version. Will I...

    Hello @qusyairienajmi,

    considering you opened the packs before the players were out as TOTY versions, it is correct that you received the gold version. You won't be able to exchange them for the TOTY version or get compensated, as what you pulled from the packs was correct.

I packed gold card Messi on 21th January out of a 89 double player pack. Then how is that possible?!!!

Because you opened it after 6pm uk time, Messi toty was no longer in packs and you should have got the gold version.

    @SlgerPatrick,

    as Biza_LOL said, Messi was only in packs for a limited time. If you pulled him from a pack after 6pm, then the gold version is correct.

      What about my case of TOTY 2000 FC point pack? I buy this pack only cause it say "2 elcciones de futbolista del TOTY" and later EA change the pack to "2 elcciones de futbolista del TOTY cedido" but I buy pack when description is still wrong in spanish. Please can you check cause I only buy FC points cause it say i get 2 TOTY not 2 TOTY loan. i put picture of pack as well cause it show what i say. i want my 2 TOTY player pick cause i pay for them
