Transfer market ban on companion

Hi there, it's almost 15h that I received the message "too many actions...etc" while bidding on the companion app. 

Prices were low, I was liquid and trying to buy fodder at the best price (now they're already going high.... 

I am not a bot and only played fairly, doing bidding wars with other humans (and your app Is so broker. That sometimes I lose because cannot bid for strange reasons....) so I don't deserve this ban.... How does your counterbot system work? It makes no sense at all! Sniping Is impossible due to real bot, bidding Is difficult due your app's problems and I also got banned for Simply bidding! It makes no sense at all.... I have to be able to buy on the market, I'm not a cheater!
