Transfer market ban
I’ve been banned from using the FC24 transfer market with no explanation. I haven’t broken any rules and the help email isn’t replying. What can I do?

If you've received a transfer market ban, then you can raise a dispute by reaching out to the terms of service team via the steps in the following article:
https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
They'll be able to take a look into this for you. Note that it might take a few days before they finish their investigation, but they'll get back as soon as they can.
