It has come to our attention (FC 24 Community) that a significant number of players are encountering difficulties accessing the web/app transfer market despite having completed all the necessary requirements as outlined on the website. It appears that there may be an error within the code that urgently requires attention. This issue has led to the frustration for players and hampering their ability to acquire desired players. We believe it's time for EA Sports to consider revising the current access system.
We, the community of dedicated FC 24 enthusiasts, are investing not only our time but also our money into the game. Spending over $100 for a game that delivers a subpar user experience due to these issues is disheartening. It's essential that our concerns are acknowledged and addressed promptly.

Access Delays: The current access system, which involves waiting for an unspecified number of days, is causing frustration among players. It is crucial to know how long we are expected to wait before gaining access.
Bot Activity: Despite of your requirements we have continued presence of bots on the transfer market disrupts the fair and enjoyable gameplay experience. We urge EA Sports to take action to eliminate this issue. What’s is the point of delay access if we still have running bots?
Communication: It seems that our concerns are not being heard or addressed. We are eager to know if there is an investigation into this issue and whether it has been reported to the developers.
We are requesting clarification and transparency regarding the status of this issue, and we look forward to receiving updates from EA Sports. As loyal customers, we hope to see this matter resolved promptly and effectively.
