The problem is, that i cannot log on to the web app. My current ea account is connected to an old email of mine, which i dont have anny access to. So in order to gain access to the web app i would need to change it to my new email, which i cant, because if I try to change it on the website it wants to send a verification code to my old email

In that case you'll need to reach out to our terms of service team via one of the second set of links I shared above. They'll be able to take a look at that for you; although they'll send the email with the results to the email address on the account, so maybe get that updated first.Alright thanks a lot
