Turning squads into Concept squads

Hi!

My squads turn into Concept squads over and over again. So i have to build my squad with tactics som scrach over ande over again. 

I dont put my players in my squad into SBCs. 

I dont lose my players. I only have to organise my squad from scratch. Why does this happend? Its annoying. Especially to do the tactics all over.
