Twitch drops, won bids lost and connection issues
I have 3 issues that i reported since November and was asked to go left and right from emails to forums to chat and no one from EA seems to care. The support agents are unfortunately not equipped nor understand wgat solutuon to give.
1. My twitch drops were never received i have confirmation from twitch that the drops are redeemed. I have screen shot of the twitch redemption.

3. I lost XP and coins in multiple matches in rivals and SB as the hame kept kicking me out of UT.
I spoke to a gazzilion agents and was promised i would be compensated but at the end they told me to go to the forums.
Seems EA reached another level of not caring.
Can anyone help?
I've had the same issue with the Twitch Drops. After chasing since early November, I've then been told today I should raise the issue as a bug on the EA Help forum. No surprise to see that the first one I see is someone else having the same issue.
I think I've reached a point where I realise I'm not going to get the Twitch Drop rewards now.
