Two EA Accounts with Same Email - Can't Link Ultimate Team

I can't access the console version (can't connect to server) and can't access the webapp due to you guys deleting my old EA account on my email. I would like to be able to access the game I'm paying...

I bought this card from the market transfer and now he’s face don’t show and it won’t let me use him or if I have him on my squad won’t let access to any games unless I take him off the squad
