Ultimate team and account disappeared

Hey fellow gamers please help,

After months of not playing the game I decided to hop back on and play me the weekend league. I played the first 10 games and decided I'll continue the rest tomorrow. Only for me to wake up the next day and the game says that I "breached company's terms and conditions" so I just guessed I was wrongfully banned. I contacted the support and they continued asking me for PSN ID, email, and other questions. I answer them, they take a long time to answer and so on. i tried multiple times to enter through my EA Account but it just made me create a new account rather than login.

One day I entered the game to play career and the previous error message just disappeared and it prompted the "Lost connection to server" error message, same message when someone rage quits. i contacted them and they're not helpful at all.

I checked the Web App at one point and it's asking me to make a new team.

Can anyone help me please?
