What happen after yesterdays SBC misstake?

Nobody knows i’ve dmd many es employees they are silent about it

I think nothing will be happened, no follow-up for that since it is EA

EA will bury their head in the sand, nothing going to be said, as they think we are all forgetful people.

nothing was done or said when employees were selling the likes of R9 and others for a few thousand dollars to people’s accounts a few seasons ago

nothing was done when the 25k hero’s pack was removed and wasn’t open for everybody

nothing was done with the evo that was in for about 30 mins then removed

and this messi  from the SBC issue will be hushed over also, everybody will keep it, and those who didn’t get it, well EA don’t care and no compensation for it either

after all, EA have got your money, they will keep taking money because many people as a whole are stupid by keep buying packs, then moan that the game is broken

EA are a self interest company, they don’t give a hoot about the player base, you can tell that with the servers. The non existent pack luck, unless you spend real money, the way they change the drop rate on the special cards on packs. There customer service is god awful…

there is nothing fair in this game anymore, because these people with cracked cards used to be meet 1 game in every 20, now is 1 messi in every 3 games

but EA are in a great position, which they know……there is nothing out there currently to compete with this game

This SBC fiasco and the lack of response from EA forced me to claim to the Microsoft store for a full refund. EA segregates the community, ruining the game and experience by dividing the players into two groups and hiding cowardly from the mess+i they created.
If Microsoft (an Xbox player) won't help me against this mistreatment, I will cancel my game pass premium subscription, sell my Xbox X, and move to Play 5.

And of course, I won't buy any EA game ever. I am tired of reaping off from this company, like when I preordered the deluxe version of Anthem to end up wasting almost 100€ on an unfinished game without content.

well this was enough for me, first this new account bug when players saved up over 1000 packs and millions of coins in 24 hours in the release of toty, and now this. 

The sad part is when u talk to the support they kind of promising compensation etc etc and that they will talk to their teams and that u should have patience etc.. it’s all just lies. 

Atleast I learned a lesson to never spend money again on packs
