What is the pack weight for sbc and store packs?

Hi ea, What is the actual pack weight for each store pack and sbc packs? How is the weight distribution for players with same rating? Is it random because it doesn't seem so. And why are duplicates not allowed to be restored more than 5 a month? Because getting a duplicate player is not a users problem but it is your random mechanics that generate these many dupes and with almost every store pack being untradeable, I don't see any value that you provide. In fact none of the store packs that I bought with coins have any sort of equivalent value in coins(to say the least). And I'm pretty sure with the amount of users buying these packs, the pack weight behaves like a lottery. And I agree that users have the choice to buy/not buy, but pack weight and player selections are some things which are designed by ea algorithms. So is the weight distribution of players with same rating random in packs?
